Prices:

All trips include wholesome snacks on the trail.
Single Day trips include a picnic lunch with is also served along the trail.
Overnight trips include all meals, prepared by your host and guide, and are served either on the
trail or in the camp.
Single Day (5-6 hours): $85 (Children 10 and under are 50% off)
Overnight Trips: $145/day (2 days/1 night = $290, so on and so forth)
Drop Camps/Packing: Call for rates.
Special Events: As posted.
* Rates do not include a 3% Federal Users Fee.

A 2 person minimum is required to book an overnight trip. A single person may sign up, and we
will put you on a waiting list. When we have a trip opening we will contact you.
We require a deposit of $100 per person on overnight trips, and 50% on day trips. The balance is
due 30 days prior to the starting date of the trip. Reservations made less than 30 days in
advance should include the full payment. Upon receipt of your payment the dates you have
selected will be secured, and you will receive further information, including a Participation
Agreement form (bottom of page) that needs to be completed by each member of your party and

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to departure receive a full refund. Cancellations
made between 15 and 30 days prior will receive a refund, less a 25% per person cancellation
fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start of the trip,
for "no shows" or upon withdrawal from any trip in progress.
Southwest Wilderness Outfitters, LLC, reserves the right to cancel any trip due to lack of guests,
inclement weather, or for any other reason. In this event, all deposits and fees will be refunded in
full. We also retain the right to make changes to trip itineraries as local conditions may dictate to
ensure the safety and well-being of the group.
